Matthew lives and breathes real estate and construction every day. Each day, Matthew is actively managing construction sites, selling homes/vacant land, selling and managing commercial properties, assisting in pre-construction design, development, due diligence, and making significant executive decisions. “I’m not just saying it in some long drawn out bio, I’m actually doing it!” I can also package deals from vacant land to a full build out.
Matthew attended Baylor University and has earned a BA in Business Management from Concordia University. Shortly thereafter, at the young age of 25, Matthew became the areas youngest Broker to earn the Broker designation. Soon after entering into the competitive real estate market, Matthew has quickly set records – breaking highs in the San Diego County market regardless of location and price points. Matthew is one of a concentrated group of worldwide real estate Brokers who holds the prestigious designation, CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). He also holds the designation of PMC (Property Manager Certified-Managed) and e-Pro. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, playing soccer, flying airplanes and snow skiing.
